Shipping & Delivery
At this time, HEAD HERBS delivers products or provides services to locations within the United States and international locations.
We aim to ship your order within one business day.
In the event that we are unable to supply the products that you purchased, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.
Return and Refund Policy
1. We will accept the return of all products only if they are unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of your products. Return of products outside this period may not be accepted by us. If products are returned within 7 days of receipt, we will offer a full refund or exchange at the price you paid for the item minus shipping cost. If products are not returned in an acceptable condition it will be at our discretion whether we refund or exchange the product in question and a restocking fee may be charged by us.
We will be happy to refund the shipping charge incurred in sending the products to you for the following reason: the products delivered to you are different to those ordered by you (this refers to products on your confirmation email).
2. Our refund policy does not apply to:
- extra or free/discounted bonus products that came as part of packaged or bundled products, unless the entire product package or bundle is returned.
- purchase of gift certificates.
- products which have been obtained as part of product exchange.
- wholesale or bulk purchase.
3. In order to return a product, you need to create a return request from your account. Once your return is authorized you will be given detailed return instructions.
